Pls when I on my laptop it shows that my keyboard mouse is lock, before I put my password the keyboard mouse work, once I put my password, the keyboard mouse don't work, was the problem please, it shows my keyboard mouse is lock, was the solution please

Your touch pad is malfunctioning OR try an external keyboard & mouse and see the result... Pls get back to us for more advice

when I go to safe mode my mouse is working fine, but when I enter normally, the mouse does not work, what should I do please

Pls your location? If not too far we can send an engineer to fix it up for you

It needs to visit an engineer! We support Ogun, Lagos, Oyo if are close to any of these states u can get in touch with us.thanks

I just called my friend and he said I mistakenly locked it myself, so he told me how to unlock it, so I have unlocked it myself, thanks anyways
