Yes buhari did make development, ask those who were around during his regime..let me quote your statement 'Cos if he had restored discipline I see no reason y there should still be corruption among political elite'? Like for real you said this...you are suppose to know we humans CHANGE depending on what's influencing us at a particular time, mostly when money and possession is involve. It take the grace of God for a politician who was disciplined under Buhari regime to remain same way under GEJ/PDP tenure were looting of nation's treasury and corruption is the order of the day, were a sitting president's body language support and participate in corruption, a president who said in our face how much did nwobodo steal that warrant jail term?, a president that want to fight corruption with technology yet kicking against electronics card reader for the election...of course, Buhari is not just going to restore discipline only because there will be enough time for him to work this time unlike his military regime.
