Nigeria's problem is systemic. In a country where we have Federal Government, State Government, Local Government, Ward Councillors and some well-to-do citizens. Nobody wants to do something because we believe somebody should do it so, everybody abandons it. I'm sure there's a traditional leader in that community, but he will never see this as a problem; what concerns them is who offers more to win endorsement for election.

Those in orphanages are even far better than them, but were there no any Governor in that state or what?..........well I even thank God that the one even agrees to go to school and I urge the Government to please try as much as possible to make the environment friendly and conducive for them!
