When I was very young, there were some products that were very popular and much in vogue in those days. Whenever I remember them I can't help but reminisce about my childhood. I still miss being a child though. I just want to know if anybody has come across them recently, whether they are still in production or just scarce in circulation. I'll list some and post some pictures and you are free to add yours; the products that were very popular during your childhood era.

Okin still dey... but now in soap.

All these products were there before Jonathan took over from power...his government policies has really threatened businesses in a manner that most of the products have gone into extinction. Most of the products have been taken over by Indian and Lebanese firms and imitated the brands and offered them at unreasonable quality.

This government sef embarassed

Must you politicize everything?

Did any Nairalander ever taste TANGO and KROLA of the 50s and early 60s? Or ever heard about them? These were the progenitors of present FANTA and COKE. Their tastes were fantastic.

I don't like the PDP govt....but many of the products went out of business long before GEJ thought about running for any political office.

Like Pronto...which was withdrawn from the market by the late 1990's.

7up Nigeria stopped manufacturing Crush and Dr Pepper in Nigeria in the 1990's.
