The multi-year partnership deal between Chi Limited and Manchester United Football Club (MUFC) has continued to receive accolades as three major players of the club recently expressed optimism about the deal brings.

Commenting on the significance of the club’s decision to name Chivita 100% as MUFC’s official soft drinks partner in Nigeria, Robin Van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Angel Di Maria chorused that the team is now refreshed to claim its rightful place at the top of the Premier League after enduring a torrid 2013/14 season last year.

Speaking on the upsurge in performance by MUFC which has seen the club surging from the middle of the table to third position and with only 10 points behind the leader, Rooney said the team has returned to its winning ways, adding that as athletes who must be in peak condition for optimum performance at all times, consumption of healthy drinks is essential for the players at all times.
