Its simply means 60 million Nigerians are living from hand to mouth, how do u expect them to keep money in the bank when many cant evn afford a 3square meal,

That explains it all... LOL
A large population still get paid in cash so i am not surprised at the figures and wages are low, so for example you earn 20k, what is the point of going to the bank when you know that almost half of it is needed instantly
Banks are not friendly in terms of CS and other IT related services, so people are generally deterred!
