Let me drop some famous Igbo ones to accompany the video i posted above:

1. A dead person shall have all the sleep necessary.

2. If the vulture fails to hover at the end of a sacrifice, then you know that something happened in the land of spirits.

A society that specializes in being hyper critical at the expense of progress is not enslaving others, most slave cultures are actually quite liberal.

It says more about the persons who are overly critical and unable to find joy in anything, they're most likely battling issues from their pasts which they have not come to terms with.
