Sorry about that. Goto settings > apps, look for Google play store then clear data and cache. Relaunch playstore you'll have to sign in to it again. Then try downloading and app. If that didn't work follow the instructions again but time uninstall playstore update after clearing data and cache.

I am personally happy receiving the updates oh.At least they are fixing some noticeable issues.And it shows they care for the phone.Although it also shows they made made many mistakes too when manufacturing it.Altogether its good to see them trying to fix it.Unlike Techno wey go just leave the phone with all the problems.I hope they release a lollipop upgrade/update but i seriously doubt it.

What is graphics?
Is the display AMOLED or QuantumDot. No b IPS e b? IF NOT.
It will only have a higher pixel density due to its smaller screen size.

Am not taking side with tecno but know this 1gb is anything the range of 900-1000mb so point of correction it's 1gb it doesn't have to be 1gb on your setting before u call it 1gb another example your sdcard that's if u use one if it's 16gb u will never see 16gb it's either 15.something so look well before u talk.

ok sah..note this 1000mb isnt the max..there is also 1024 which is all also 1gb

About your playstore I think u have a firewall app enabled if u have any (like androwall, droidwall... Etc) let me know so I can tell u how to fix it
