I was faced with the same issue.
All you need do to solve this is to move the 'OBB' folder inside the 'ANDROID' folder in your internal memory to the 'ANDROID' folder in the SD Card.

You may as well transfer the 'DATA' folder as well inside the 'ANDROID' folder in your internal memory to the 'ANDROID' folder in the SD Card

i solved the 3G bug on the MIUI Rom (bottom power compelled me to do it )
Replace your Build.prop with the one i attached and restore your STOCK NVRAM. That made it come up. i changed just 2 lines in the build.prop, but i think the main thing is the NVRAM.


(the clue for me was that though i wiped the device, when i flashed the MIUI rom the IMEI was intact. Thats not normal for MTK devices, it usually becomes 'invalid'..............

if you didn't back up your NVRAM, guess u going to have to find it somehow

i'm guessing this may be useful for other ports and devices, which is why i'm sharing

no it is not OTA, my best advice for you is to wait till august ending when OTA will be out for the hot note users.
