check your settings, especially under data, battery and power sections

you have power savings enabled, or have restricted some apps from using data in the background.

and check those power management apps that come with the phone or u installed too

Try restart. This seems like an OS issue. I think you might need to reload the OS.

Or download mtk engineering mode to manually set your imei so that ur Sim will read it. I wish I could reach out to you.

Don't reset anything again, let me explain how to solve the issue.

You will need to download an application called mobiluncle Tools from Google and play store.

After installing the application followed the following step
Step 1: click on engineer mode
Step2: click on engineer mode(MTK)
step 3: slide to connectivity and click on CDs information
Step4: click on Radio information

Step 5
For Phone 1: “AT +EGMR=1,7,”YOUR Phone IMEI NO” (make sure you space AT +EGMR)
For Phone 2: “AT +EGMR=1,10,”YOUR phone IMEI NO”

Step 6

Press the “Send At Command”. You should receive a message that your ‘AT command sent’
