I just got the invitation for final stage interview graduate engineer. This is after first and second stage interviews. I thought those were the only ones sha. I really don't know what they are going to ask again

Documentation is the next stage, one batch did medicals since 2 months ago and they haven't been called for documentation. I'm not sure if they will call them before us or they will join us with them.

It's only 2 stages. First and final interview.

Check through the previous pages of this thread u will get answer to your question of what to expect.

I had my 1st stage interview done on tuesday and it was one on one with a panel of 3.... I dont know if this was how it went with most people that applied for ESR.
