All Sub-Saharan Africans are referred to as Nigerians in many western countries. There is the possibility that those guys that first brought the fake credit card are not Nigerians - that is if any of such ever happened.

the truth if the matters is that most of this embarrassment is being caused by other African guys. I had similar experience when I want to buy suits at Buttons UK. I insisted that I must used my card, which works then we became friends afterwards cos I have to go back to buy for one of my friend that likes it. I told him that he will know 9ja from their phonetics. Its different from Ghanaian and South Africans. Though we have bad eggs but Eto should have done better. He shouldn't have open his mouth to say Nigerians cos he's an African ambassador
