For the past week, my laptop has been shutting down at 30% when not connected to power without any warning. I have changed my power plan, upated my pc and still all to no avail. I have even done a battery performance check, and it shows my battery is fine. Today it even shut down at 60%. Please guys, I need urgent help on what to do as I need this for my final year project.

If yoyr battery is fine...then probably the power supply fan isnt working or d cpu fan has a fault..start first by switching batteries to see it it isnt the baterry,then if thats fine,then check if your laptop overheats when in use.if thats d case then one of the fans is faulty.

I had the same problem last year. Your laptop is overheating because the vent are close because of dust so you need to clean your laptop vent

Thank u both for ur replies. The system has no overheating issues and the fans still sound properlly. I will try out ur suggestions and give. Feedbacks.
