well is the pay is not fantastic, but good for a start, they take care of feeding and accommodation, medical, residents visa.

the good thing is after one year u can apply anywhere else and get more paying job, am completing my one year 24th this march and then nobody hold u down. these visa agents charge as much as 5000 AED which is almost 220k or more just to get work here.

if u re in uae u can come directly and apply no agent or anything.

obtain international passport n den visit emirate or etihad airline office in lagos or search for uae/qatar thread, all infos u might be needed in full ar there.

yes u can, if the interview goes well u will have to exit and they will bring u in. same as mine, i applied here when my visa was less than two weeks to expire, i went back to nigeria and they did everything and i came back
that means once u come in to uae u start on it.
