Some universities in sofia have started accepting application for studies.
You can start your paper so you could meet up with the requirements and resume by october.
The requirements, tuition fee and procedure varies from university to university.
So my friend, I'd advice you take your time and go through the website of the university of your choice.

Its quite simple my friend!!
First, u don't need a statement of account when applying for studies in bulgaria, u only nedd it when u go for visa.
For UG studies in Bulgaria, u need to provide (I) weac certificata (ii) Eligibility letter (iii) Medical certificate (iv) 2 passport photograph (v) data page of international passport.
Its advisable you provide a documents showing you proficiency in English Language, so I'd advice u get ielts result or any standard English test as it will give you an *edge.
Most importantly, check the University to know their procedure for admission of International students.
Lastly, I implore you to do it yoursef coz its not tedious, all you need is proper time management and determination.
You can start now so you could meet up with the paper works and resume by october.

I can't really say because tuition fee vries from university to university.
I applied for admission @New Bulgarian University and the tuition fee is 2700euro...

After a serious search, i was able to get two Universities that offers MSc in molecular biology first is South-West University Neofit Rilski and the second is Plovdiv University Paisiy Hilendarski”. The process of obtaining admision is kind of easy and at the same time hard cos it inolves dertermination and one needs to be ready to spend. Below is the procedure for Plovdiv University
Applying for a B.A./B.Sc. programme:
Application package:
Application, addressed to the Rector of the
University, containing brief biographical data and
the desired major – see form .
A copy of the diploma for secondary education,
translated into Bulgarian and legalized with a
stamp "APOSTILLE" in the respective country,
from which the person is applying;
Complete extract of the educational subjects and
the results for the years of education in the
secondary school, translated into Bulgarian and
legalized with a stamp "APOSTILLE" in the
respective country, from which the person is
applying.
Medical certificate, issued not more than one
month prior to the date of applying, translated
into Bulgarian and legalized with a stamp
"APOSTILLE" in the respective country, from
which the person is applying (for EU citizens –
a copy of the European Health Insurance Card).
A copy of the passport/passports, translated into
Bulgarian (for EU citizens – a copy of the
identity card).

Medical certificate, issued not more than one

Mail the university(head of student Affairs Dept.)
Let dem know you are interested to do Msc in Molecular Biology in the University and you need to know the procedure, also let dem know ure an international student(Nigeria).
U'd get a reply on how to prepare your documents. The university will send to you application form aswell.
Also ask if its *Compulsory* to translate ur documents to Bulgarian hence, they are all in English.
YES, you need to send via DHL..
Ask the University your questions to stay on-track.
Get their phone number aswell it will help a lot....
Incase you encounter challenges in gettin d required documents, you can always ask for assistance here....

that, but it's non appearance and a group visa.They
need to confirm from all the applicants without the
consent of the company representative.That's what
they do with the girl yesterday. The visa section must
confirmed the identity of all applicants before
issuance of the visa to anybody.It happened in all
european embassies and america.Unless individual
visa if they need you.You will send all the visa
requirements to the embassy with your passport
through assigned mailing office in nigeria.Your
documents stand for you at the embassy on your
interview day .If the visa is issued or rejected,every
thing will be send back to you through mail.They can
tell you to appeal if you' re rejected.But bulgaria
embassy do call/text/mail/chat with the applicants.
That is the bone of contention.

Bro dis ur issue is getting more complicated and i think you are the cause of it. Why will d embassy send you a msg with that kind of no and why shuld d interview be online? when they can easy tell you to report to their embassy. See for me, i think this person is deceiving you. I have seen cases where people gives agent money and they give them visa then later when d person travels on geting to their destination at the point of entry they will discover that thw visa is fake and they are deported immediately. All the agent care abt is money. So it is very clear that dis person is playing u. bro wake up
