Hello NLders,

I need help. Each time I boot my laptop and try to type something my cursor will keep running up and down without allowing me do anything. When I press esc, it doesn't work and when I press any of the keys, they don't work either.

Pls what could be the fault and what do I do?

I don't think it's from the charger because the same thing happens when I boot the system with the charger unpluged.
