We have bought a brand new plastic tank and taken to this estate, now we want to fill it with water tomorrow and start casting the column bases, my iron workers will also move into this site by tomorrow.

I know there was a proposed entrance between plots 19 and 20, before the addition of new plots that made you consider another entry point into the estate.

Good question. This admin office is being constructed on plot number 58. I will use the plan to point where exactly it is on the layout.

Like I was trying to explain yesterday, my new plan is to use a major road which leads through the newly laid out land as our temporary access road. This is because this road will lead to a better exit point. You can see our planned entry point before, because of the high cost of doing a culvert, I have had to abandon the road as given to me by the original sellers of this land.

The red rectangular shape is where I am building the estate office on plot number 58.

We completed the sand filling of the foundation yesterday, we are getting ready to cast the oversite concrete........

From the survey map of this other estate, I can see that its no longer possible, as plots have been mapped to occupy that land by the side of plot 58. That land now belongs to the new estate beside Tigerkenn's.

Does this mean the old entry that would need a culvert will have to be activated? Else, the workable road from this map seem to be the one through this other estate you labelled as new entry road.

I have been planning and scheming to get good access points ever since. The first road which will need a culvert is still open. But the quote for the culvert is too high and that's why I bought a road to pass through plots 58-55 and make it the new entrance way. I wanted to build a gate there last year.

But things changed when the families who owned lands around our estate decided to map their own lands and sell. They refused to allow me have the entry from plots 58-55 (which i had paid some money to some of the family members of the new lands around mine)

I called the surveyor working on their lands to and we sat down and planned a third workable road. In this latest arrangement, we will pass through the wide road I marked as NEW ENTRY POINT , I have gone into that new layout and bought a couple of plots closest to our estate so I can have permanent entry from that point.

The family is looking for a big investor to buy up these new lands but I am still watching and waiting for the right time to strike. I may increase my holdings in their new layout. But I need to complete Akpuoga Nike before I come back here.

We have an entry point, and the good news is that the road which we are coming out to is a better road than the one with the culvert. We are playing politics of accessibility there, I am working on the estate office. No problems.

We are still here in this estate, building up the admin office...........
