Nobody should worry about shortlisted names here because it has not been uploaded on the site yet, probably later today. i will want to inform all students that you dont need to travel to the school before you can get the form, just walk in to any of the following banks nationwide and get the form, LIST OF COLLECTING BANKS

UNION BANK
ZENITH BANK
DIAMOND BANK
GTBANK
SKYE BANK

Or better still use you verve or master card atm for most convenient. Be warned especially the ladies, so many boys are there warming up to take advantage of innocent admission seekers. dont call any person that post his number on this forum because they are scammers

Calm down my friend the eligibility as not been uploaded in the school website for now everything you've seen here on nairaland is a mere rumour, no single person has checked his/hers in mouau maybe before today runs off or tomorrow it will be uploaded and you can now check it your self. Try go reprint your jamb result if your preferred school is change then you will see if you are affected. Again you can not purchase the form without starting the registration process because you will have to print a payment page before proceeding to the bank

Nawa for these eligibility of a thing,when is the dead line for form purchasing because waiting to see your name before buying the form can be dangerous oh,because the day you will see your name may be the day the school will stop selling the form
