yes sir, 21 ft or 6.4 m is OK for your roof though some people insist on certain height for their roof.

secondly, how many rooms are there in this building, are they all ensuite, i guess you have one kitchen up, which is standard for a duplex, I guess one visitor toilet up and and 2 sitting rooms, one small, one big, I also guess 4 bedroom up (note that all this guesses and questioning is to enable me determine the woods for your ceiling noggin since your drawing is not present now) i will also be glad if you can help with the length and breadth of your house it will help.

If you are using stone coated tiles then 20 to 22 feet is best for you so that the value of the money spend will be appreciated on the roof and the real beauty can come out.

But the main reason is that it will allow no rain water to stay on the roof after rain fall
