ok sir, but i need to know how many bedrooms in this building sir, because without that, i wont be able to provide you information for the ceiling noggin woods, and i won't like to guess, so i will be happy if you can provide me with the ground floor drawing plan.

The square meters for the stone coated roof tiles is always good to measure after the roofing carcass is done for accuracy but i can still give you speculative number which will be plus 10 percent or minus 10 percent.

Metro tile, Tilcor, Wichtech, Ever roof, Majestic, Arch world e.t.c are all brand name, they are all selling same product which is stone coated roof tiles, this stone coated also have different type, like Bond, Classic, Shingle, Royal e.t.c, so like stone coated is not a brand name but product name and Gerard is not a product name is a brand name for stone coated roof tiles product.
