This is very good and it may raise the value of the properties.. BUT the problem we have in Nigeria is the water and electricity....
So unless it's a corporations, I don't know how the individual person will take this... But I love the concept.

Dear @mufutau55 the sudden influx in fountains in the country not just corporations but residential has risen in the past years I can without a doubt inform you that we have done more resident job than cope rate bodies as I would be posting them up soon. Electricity is not really a problem as most homes have generators, inverters and the conventional PHCN from time to time yes it's an exceptional concept and I look to having my first nairalander a clients. It could be you?
