Where I am working says early closure... that's just the source otherwise we would have gotten office mail stating public holiday to that effect!

Just early closure,no holiday but some state declare thou.but not federal

December 24th, 25th And 28th Now Public Holidays – FG

December 24th 25th and 28 has been declared as public holidays by the federal government.

These three days is to mark the Maulud Nabiy celebration, Christmas Day celebration and then Boxing Day, respectively.

Retired Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau who is the Minister of the Interior, on behalf of the government made the declaration last week Thursday in a signed statement through the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mr Akpanyung Bassey.
