Which should come first as a family, "the children school fee or the house rent".
As we know not everybody was born rich and that why we thrive hard never to die poor, but nature has it own way of playing out. So in the situation where you are left with which to pay first as a family, remembering that it "school fee against house rents."

House rent: most of our landlord have their way of embarrassing tenant (not all though). You will be notified in about a month before your rent is due, which leave u no choice than to pay on time to avoid early morning knock on your door and hiding away from seeing your landlord/lady faces; which of course halt the child school fee (child staying away from school for the main time till u get to pay for school fee)

School fee: a payment that is made to allow your child stay in the school compound and take lectures.
if after paying the child fee and the house rent is still pending (aside those that have a relationship with their landlord) we know how landlord behave when it comes to rent. Again remember shelter matters a lot in humans life.

So, come in air your opinion on which of the 2 should come first, which of the 2 can wait for the other.

There is only one answer to this question, house rent first (shelter) without proper shelter, all you learnt in school is a waste and you probably toying with your future, you don't need school education to be successful in life but you need a good shelter if you want to be successful in life.

What's the use of coming back from school and under bridge is what you call home, where miscreants and losers are your neighbor. Infact let's just put it this way, the thought of not having a proper place to call home will over shadow any success a child or an adult is bound to achieve.

Why even asking this?
The 3 basic/primary needs of life are food, shelter and clothing. All other needs are secondary, including education.

Pay the rent. Enter into an arrangement with the school to allow the child/children attend class.
Most schools are now giving such consideratons. Go do your findings and you'll beshocked at the high percpercentage of parents who don't pay school fees at resumption. Some even "carry over" till the term.
You need a.roof over your head come rain or shine.
