A. MEDICAL DOCTORS
QUALITY ASSURANCE DUTIES:

1.Ensure prompt and on the spot resolution of clients medical care complaint
2.Handling care line all day to ensure quality care delivery
3.Giving authorization for treatment in line with NHIS guidelines
4.Developing of treatment protocol for common ailments .etc

QUALIFICATION:Minimum of medical qualification (MD or MBBS.)Experience in Hmo industries is an added advantage

B. NURSES

1.Assist in the call centre department.
2.Ensuring quality delivery of care
3.Crisis resolution with providers. etc

C.CLAIMS/DATA ENTRY OFFICERS
1.Inputing of claims in the software
2.Vetting of claims .etc

Qualification:OND and above

D. MARKETERS
Qualification:Graduate with HMO experience.
