Use Kojie san soap and Amlactin lotion two nights in a week (but no more than 3 nights).

Don't use any lightening cream for a month. Use either Shea butter or cocoa butter to heal your skin and also use a sunscreen whenever you go out. After a month has passed I advise you use Nadinola.
