While we are seeing the easy distribution of election materials in other parts of Nigeria, especially in APC strongholds, most parts of the eastern part of the country are witnessing either late arrivals or no arrival of election materials and INEC staffs. Even where the materials and INEC officers are in place, accreditation is alarminly slow because hitches with the card reader.. From Onitsha to Aba through Orlu, most voters are still waiting for INEC officials and their materials with few hours to the end of accreditation period. . It seems to me like this is a deliberate attempt on the part of the evil forces behind the card reader mess to demoralize voters from mainly pro Jonathans strongholds. . There are news of protests in Aba already. I hope this doesn't degenerate to full scale voilence as temper flays.
