While your post is a great one, not all your points are traits of boys only like 3 and 6 that I just quoted. But boys and men can confidently compliment or flatter a girl just to get into her pants. Boys are not the only guilty party. Or you haven't seen married men sleeping around and lying to girls that they're single just to get into their pants.

As for 6, humans in general tend not to keep their promises. It's not a trait of boys only.
