Some computer technicians did wear a kind of band on their wrist to prevent damaging the computer during repair by preventing static flowing through. I said "did" because so it was around 10 years ago. In the UK at least. By the way, more action with your girlfriend/wife might help unload that massive static build up, LOL

I do experience this thing too but i believe its shortage of blood, it happens sometimes dat i wont even want to touch people or myself , i just take alot of blood producing foods n proteins after 1-3 days it stops.

its called static electricity. your body is building up a slight charge from somewhere (rubbing your shoes on the carpet, short in your computer keyboard, scoting around in your chair- if it is cloth covered, any number of ways) didnt you ever do that as a child, shuffle your feet (in sneakers) around on the carpet then touch someone to give them a zap? didnt you ever notice at gas stations the pumps have a warning sticker about static discharge?

well, it happens to me too. Its not a cool feeling. .when i'm experiencing it i don't feel comfortable at all n i tend to keep to myself cos touching things get annoying.
