BREAKING NEWS: APC Claims Victory In Presidential Election Ahead Of Inec’s Declaration

Nigeria's opposition All Progressives
Congress (APC) declared an election victory on Tuesday for former military ruler Muhammadu Buhari and said Africa's most populous nation was
witnessing history with its first democratic transfer of power.
"The people of Nigeria have taken over," an ecstatic APC spokesman Lai Mohammed told Reuters at the house in the capital where Buhari, a sandal-wearing Muslim ascetic watching the results on television.

"This is the first time in Nigeria that a sitting government will be voted out of power using purely democratic means."

with the current political mathematics in Nigeria, it means that only the yorubas and hausas will continue to rule Nigeria. In the north, people voted Buhari based on tribal and religious sentiments. In the west they voted based on tribal and the repetition of their betrayal to the east like that of 1966. The truth is that since Nigeria politics is now of sentiments, only those that have the population will continue to rule and others enslaved. I never supported anything called Biafra but we don't have option. Is time we call for separation. Say no to domination, we want freedom.

This is the reason why we need Buhari, to improve the education system so that people like you will benefit from a better education system and stop thinking through their........

thank u sir u understand what am saying. It will be hard for minorities to rule Nigeria again. Even if they win the primaries those with the highest population will decide. The south east man and SS will always be ruled. We are in a chain right now and we should cry out for freedom.

Have you given up already.?

There is a road to political victory....alliances, alliances.

GEJ won in 2011...because OBJ was ready to help with the alliances.

A minority man can rule Nigeria....all it takes is hard work and patience.

It took Buhari 13 years to get to where he is now. Why can't we be patient? Work hard.?

All I can say is that GEJ has been a true democrat, allowing for a rig-free election. He's the best we've had so far

Buhari won because he formed alliances. With people who did not like him.

He also was patient....and did not give up after losing the election in 2003.

We in the South South will do well to learn those lessons.

oh really ? you better hop off that sinking ship lmao. this had nothing to do with GEJ. this election was already won before it started. what they gave you was an illusion of an election. the powers that be already elected buhari before hand. thats why you had kerry and co visiting him etc etc. they dont do that for nothing

The SW does not own the East any Loyalty.

Lol after all the insult, what made you (in your right mind), think the West owes you anything, talk less of support.
