pls oh guy; i need urgent help; i just got this Techno Boom J7 this morning and i can not access my sim contacts; neither can i save contacts into my sim. I have tried it with many sims all to no avail; the error message displaying is 'sim is not able to store contacts' and none of the sim contacts are showing too... What could be wrong? Could anything be the problem?

u didn't copy ur contacts from ur previous phone to ur sim ,also store any number u get in ur sim rather dan ur phone cos ur phone might spoil ,be stolen ,etc n when u back up ur sim (if ur sim was lost den) u will get back all ur contacts ...do dis n thank me later
