Burnley will face high flyers Arsenal on Saturday, April 1 1,2015

With only one win and six points gathered from their last 10 games, Burnley are in the bottom three for a reason - yet when you have the "Who's going down?" conversation at the moment, more than a few have a feeling that the Clarets won't be.
The reasoning is understandable. That sole win was an impressive one against Manchester City; this coming fixture is Burnley's last remaining match against any of the Premier League's current top eight teams; and their spirit and style has won many a 'neutral vote' - and there are plenty of them flying around with the election looming.
Some of that has to be down to manager Sean Dyche. Straight-talking with an admirable military air about him, he's sure to be in demand from elsewhere whatever Burnley's fate at the end of May, and has already batted away speculation linking him with Derby if Steve McClaren leaves for Newcastle.
Dyche makes no secret of his own admiration for Arsene Wenger, describing him as "a legend of the game" whilst questioning those who question the Arsenal manager's position.

Relegation-threatened Burnley welcomes in-form Arsenal to Turf Moor in the late Premier League kick-off on Saturday.

The Clarets are currently in the bottom three of the Premier League and two points off safety. Sean Dyche’s team have won just once in their last ten Premier League games and that poor run of form has saw them slip to second from bottom in the table.

Despite their poor recent form, the Clarets have beaten reigning champions Manchester City 1-0 and drew 0-0 with Tottenham in their last two home games. Those two clean sheets were the only the Clarets have kept in their last six league games.

The side from Lancashire have not been involved in many high-scoring games of late, as there have been less than 2.5 goals in their last six Premier League games.

Arsenal arrives in Lancashire as the Premier League’s form side, having won their last seven consecutive top-flight games. The Gunners have scored two or more goals in those seven victories and have been winning at both half and full-time in six out of their last seven top-flight games.

The Gunners are currently second in the Premier League table and will be looking to extend the lead over the chasing pack with top four rivals Manchester United and Manchester City playing each other on Sunday in their local derby.
Head-to-head
Burnley are unbeaten in the last four league meetings at Turf Moor but there have been three successive draws since they won 2-1 in December 1973.
Arsenal's most recent league victory at Turf Moor was in 1970, although they won an FA Cup tie in January 2008.
This is the 100th time these clubs have met. Arsenal lead by 45 wins to Burnley's 33, with 21 draws.
Burnley
They have only won once in 10 league games (W1, D3, L6) and scored one goal in the last five.
However, the Clarets have earned four points from their last two home games and kept clean sheets in both of them.
Half of Burnley's 26 points have come against clubs currently in the top 10. Crystal Palace and West Brom are the only sides in the bottom half to have a better record.
They have conceded 17 headed goals this season and a further 11 goals from corners, both league-high tallies.
Sean Dyche has named an unchanged starting line-up in 16 games this season; the next most is seven, by Leicester.
Danny Ings has gone six Premier League games without a goal, equalling his longest barren spell of the season.
Arsenal
Arsenal have won seven successive Premier League matches, scoring 17 goals in the process. It's their best run of form since a nine-match streak between January and March 2004 during their unbeaten title-winning campaign.
The Gunners have the same record after 31 league games this season as they did last season (W19, D6, L6, Pts 63).
They are the only side yet to lose against opponents in the bottom half of the table (W13, D3).
Arsene Wenger's side have scored a league-high 20 goals from set pieces this season.
Olivier Giroud has scored in six successive Premier League matches and could equal Emmanuel Adebayor's feat of scoring in seven Arsenal games in a row in 2007-08. Giroud has 10 goals in his last 10 club appearances in all competitions.
Mesut Ozil has scored three goals and set up another four in his last eight league games.

Team News

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has a habit of picking unchanged line-ups. The Clarets are without long-term injury casualties Kevin Long and Dean Marney, while midfielder Matty Taylor is a doubt. Dyche may choose to partner Danny Ings with Sam Vokes or Ashley Barnes in attack.

Arsenal’s injury situation has become far more positive in the past few weeks with the likes of Jack Wilshere, Mikel Arteta, Abou Diaby and Mathieu Debuchy all returning to training. Arteta and Debuchy could feature in this clash, but Diaby and Wilshere are unlikely to figure.

England midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is also sidelined, while French centre-back Laurent Koscielny is still doubtful with a thigh problem. Brazilian international Gabriel may partner Per Mertesacker at the heart of the defence.

Last season it was liverpool fans who were singing '' Rodgers please make us dream!!!'' when they were close to winning the title.

Now it is Arsenal '' Wenger please make us dream!!'' after being 4 points behind Chelsea. Although Chelsea have played 2 games less.

In Wenger, Arsenal fans trust!

#keep faith
