And What is Latency?

Latency is the time it takes for a ping packet to get to the test site and back, the smaller the better.

but dont know what company to use..

GLO has been on my mind but i dont know what is the cost of their Fibre Optics option is..

please what ISP is delivering this service to you..let me also review them..please

etisalat is quite impressive. Just hope they can maintain the standard. Believe they must have done serious upgrade on their network.
