Do top ranked (top 100) coders on sites like TopCoder or in programming competitions like ACM ICPC, Google Code Jam or Facebook Hacker Cup find it easy to get a high-paying job at companies like Google, Facebook, etc.?

In some cases yes, I think depending on personality profile and some of the things done in the past detailed on thier CV

I really don't think it's a Big question. If you are a certified TOP RANKING PROGRAMMER, say for example you win Google Code Jam....Hell yeah! you are going to find it easy to get a high paying job. Other companies will literally be begging for you, it's gonna be a bidding war. And yes, I have seen it from experience.
