There sure are many myths regarding african husbands. As subjective and silly as they can sound, here are 9 reasons why you should definitely consider marrying an african man. 1. He will do anything to protect his family In most African traditions, men are very protective of their families. Any attack against a family is a personal attack. If you ever feel threatened you can count on your husband to protect you. 2. Your relationship will be sacred In many African cultures, marriage is a major milestone. An African man will usually address his other life goals after being married. Marriage is considered a turning point in one’s life. 3. He respects his elders Africans do not only take care of their children and wives, they also devote themselves to their elders’ wellness. 4.You will have a large family Family ties are very important in African families. An African man will help a cousin as if the latter were his own brother. When you marry an African man, you immediately inherit sacred bonds that will unite your entire community. 5. He will put his family first In several African cultures, the man is the head of household. This means that a man is responsible for the welfare and happiness of all his family members. African men tend to think first about how they inspire those around them. 6. He’s going to be proud to be your husband While in many western cultures associate marriage to a confinement, African men consider it as a source of new freedoms.
