What kind of a NONSENSE thread is this?. It is not a criticism, it is not in support. It just annoys. IMF loans and Chinese strategic investments exist for different things. IMF loans are to support currency or fiscal regime or to provide guarantees to countries who want to take commercial loans. Some Chinese loans come with equity investments , some are low interest loans targeted at supporting you when you buy Chinese products or you patronise a global technology they are expanding into like high speed rail.

Nigeria should have a portfolio of options and Buhari is exploring them all.
