In Europe and other advanced countries of the world, marriage tends to go partial if it stop working for couples.

Some ladies in those advanced countries takes affluent men as pree for their selfish interest of acquiring wealth they didn't work for by agreeing to marry such wealthy men, they will live together for few months or years; those gold diggers ladies will file for divorce in order to inherit wealth from the rackets.

Nigeria is still deep-rooted in cultural way of settling divorce but modernization, liberalism and circularism is fast coming to Nigeria of which sooner, Nigeria will queue up with the way south africa and those advanced countries takes care of divorce which must hunt us men in the near future( men are mostly affected)

My take on the issue is that during marriage proposals and arrangements, each individual (bride and groom) should declare their asset to marriage as Buhari will soon declare his aset to Nigerians.

So that in the case of dispute or divorce, each will be aware of his/her contributions in initial starting point of the marriage before the actual sharing of those properties both parties contributed in acquiring.

What's your take on that?
