HRM in Crystalex Nig. is expected to perform the following: Develop HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements. Recruit staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts to decide on how best to advertise Shortlist applicants for interview' Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records Interpret and advise on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities Listen to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures Analyse training needs in conjunction with line managers; plan and deliver training, including staff inductions.
