i'm done reading HALF OF A YELLOW SUN,AMERICANAH AND PURPLE HIBISCUS,I think the next of her work on my radar is THE THING AROUND YOUR NECK(not sure about the title).Adichie works are always beautiful and well described that you start imagining things like their happening right in front of you, little wonder they always get recreated in visual film format.

come on,don't be hard on Ifemelu joor wink
I really enjoy the way Adichie tried to project life styles of Nigerians both home and abroad...twas superb plus the way she shipped in some pidgins and igbo kiss
can you remember her narrative between that Senegalese girl and Ifemelu when they were in the salon in the beginning chapters?it really prove she had met some...I can remember how my francophone friends back in school then forced their self to make complete sentences in English cheesy cheesy

Adichie is just talented in making fiction seem real kiss kiss

I'm not against what she wrote or how she wrote it. It just the ifemelu character I find difficult to relate with. Why? She's a slut and although she chooses who sleep with, it still makes no difference. She's not different than the next gal that sleeps with a guy for money.

Good book, good story line, one bad character.

I saw the app on google but I decided not to download it because I prefer to have it in PDF. Also, application like that requires a lot of MB.
