How PDP Can Regain National Importance. by OdenigboAroli(m): 1:51am On Apr 18, 2015
The 2015 General elections has in no small measure condemned the once most powerful political party in Africa to the backdoor of political relevance. The party that once controlled the majority of the upper and lower house of reps.and states of the federation have suffered the most devastating defeat since the creation of the party. The humiliating defeats and mass exodus of her members has left the once political powerhouse in absolute disarray, without hope nor ideas for resurgence. The north east ,northwest and north central which the party once controlled with fluid ease has been lost to APC,the rave of the moment.
However, one would think there is no better time for the soon to be opposition party to return to drawing board; formulate New ideologies ,do a total overhaul of her leadership and map out strategies to return the party to national prominence.
As a neutral observer and one who want to see a formidable opposition that will keep the incoming President on his toes I would like to suggest that the soon to be opposition party involve some capable hands in managing the business of the great party,in addition the party must start grooming candidates that will face Buhari after his first tenure,to have an ample time and better knowledge when they before the engage.
I hereby suggest that nobody will chair and run the party better than former Anambra governor and strongman,Chief Peter Obi,the Okwute Omanbala. It no longer news that Adamu Muazu has failed and woefully so and must make way for an innovative and efficient mind.
Whatsoever,PDP must reorganize, strategize and move in set for APC slip ups and counter them. But for the party to do so there must be an overhaul of ideologies and leadership and it begins with nobody else but Okwute Omanbala.

Lmao, Ekute Ibo you said? It means the ibo rat! Very funny indeed but Peter Obi does not have the intellectual capacity to lead any party and he is too greedy for money and material things. I am sure the candidate must come from another region.

No, GEJ is too mentally incompetent to even be mentioned in this context.

Peter Obi has proven himself to be one of best manager of people and the record is there for everyone to see but I don't expect you to do your research before displaying your stark ignorance.
Go read his scorecard and maybe we can begin to have an agreement.

And for your education ; "Okwute" means rock in Igbo and that was the chieftaincy name given to him by Anambra royal institution after his exemplary performance as the governor.

If PDP had listened to MUAZU they wouldn't have been in this mess. People like Obi, Uba and Eze led GEJ far away from the votes.
A stingy OBI cannot withstand Arthur Eze in the south east talkless of carrying the financial load of PDP.
Anyway walala plaza at Wuse will be irrelevant for a longtime.

Sure, the party failed but who say it can't rise again. Everything happen for a reason and I believe this is the perfect time for reorganization and focus.

What would Muazu had done? Look,it's perfect for a fallen man to get kicks and stepped on because he is on the ground. Failure they say have no friends. As for Obi,he was begged to join the party and he delivered his region to Jonathan. Now,what did your Muazu achieve as the party chairman. Obi isn't the problem, look up north and you 'd see them traitors.

Do you know what it takes to pay a party N1.4M cash without being allowed to contest the primaries? Do you know the effect of allowing Governorship and National Assembly primaries to be decided on the whims of patiance or Jonathan on the following of the party? The silly documentaries by AIT did not help matters. The bad roads and poor infrastructure and corruption were the cause of the parties failure. The appointment of Bamanga Tukur had polarised the party before muazu arrived.
If you are talking of betrayal, it is the..PDP that betrayed Nigerians including people from the east. Infact Buhari got a hundred times more votes in the east than 2011
THE PDP FAILED IT MEMBERS AND NIGERIANS VOTES HER OUT.

How can any one take a man who squeals like a rat (Peter Adaobi) serious

PDP would be making a mockery of themselves if a decampee of less than 2yrs is given any prominent role in the party
