I think I need to commend you for a very good job you are doing with Nairaland. It's a good innovation and initiative that people like me really appreciate. Let me put it bluntly; I'm an addict although I do more of ghost following than commenting.
I sincerely think there is a need for most popular section on Nairaland. Nairaland is an ever-busy website with loads of volume in articles, threads and posts on a daily basis. A most popular section will afford members both old and especially new to access topics that had made waves in the past. This section can be made up of between 10-20 topics that would be determined by the topics with the highest number of pages and posts. This can always be reviewed if a new topic surpasses any on the list. Moreso, this can also be extended to each section with each section also having a most popular sub-section where the most popular or most read topics with the highest number of pages and posts are listed.
