We are spreading a nylon sheet on top of the foundation before casting with concrete, this will improve damp prevention as moisture will be blocked at this level.

Please, any architect reading this should pls give me a quote of the cost for drawing the plan of a 4-storey open office building.

We completed the casting of this DPC yesterday and will continue with the ground floor forming of rooms on Monday. Getting ready with materials.

Spyder and others who can assist with this....I need info on chippings. How much can I buy 30 tons of chipping for my project starting in port harcourt. And where can I buy it?.

Oga Spyder, My understandnig is that it cost you 100k for the borehole. Can those guys go outside PH to do a borehole...(Coming from PH, Before Osisioma Junction in Abia state). i'm impressed looking at different soil texture showing various stages they passed before getting clean water.
