Hi guys, i was recently surprised when someone told me about the rising demand for mushrooms in Nigeria, i have never eaten mushrooms before. I would like to know if there are people like me who have never or people who will never buy mushrooms. I would also like to know the amazing things people who love mushrooms do with them....who knows, I might be a new convert smiley

I love mushrooms. I can eat them on their own, in soup, with rice, anyhow. I ate my first mushroom about 3 years ago and I got hooked.

I've eaten uncooked mushrooms in salad before (it used to be my favourite thing in the world) and I've used it in sauces (though I think I overcook it cry

they have this bland taste that is nice. Better than Tofu (which is tasteless).

if you're buying them from a supermarket, they are generally safe.
