Why is it that someone can't change his NS server on your platform ? I have 5domain managed by registeram.com.ng and it takes me less than 5 minutes to change my NS server and everything works perfectly fine.
But last week i decided to get a domain from you guys but i can't locate where to change it, the place i tried doing that on could not work, i ended up mailling you guys twice and you promised that the issue is resolved only to find out that its not working

Please note that you have full control of your domain with us & you can easily change you nameservers anytime you want.

If you want to change the nameservers then you can change it by using this guide: http://www.domainking.ng/articles/how-to-change-the-nameservers-for-your-domain/

The error you are getting is at the Advanced DNS manager panel & you don't need this to change your nameservers. Also I cannot be sure why you may be getting this error in your advanced DNS settings panel unless I know your domain name.

Also let us know your domain name and the ticket no. that you have raised so that we can check your issue as I am not able to find any such issue in our system.

Also if you are having any such issue we request you to always raise a support ticket or email us at support[at]domainking.ng as it is not possible for us to track your issue here on Nairaland.
