[quote author=fitzmayowa post=33046251]I wonder why you will introduce a program that you know you can't sustain, the money spent on the unsustainable social welfare would have been spent on something tangible in osun... The people of osun never begged for the welfare package in the first place, scrapping the program will be tantamount to deceit, since he campaigned with the so called welfare package... I hope Buhari's administration learn from this... [/b]quote] 1 Like |

SLIDEwaxie: Foo.l like you come here to spew rubbish with a mindset that everyone is as fooli.sh as you are. Must the Osun state government depend on the federal allocation? What does the backward state of Osun contribute to the national purse that should warrant an increase in her allocation. Tell your lazy governor to get his arse up,put his thinking cap on and take control of his state |

I thought they claimed Jonathan was withholding their state allocation. With the incoming government, one should expect the allocation to Osun and other APC states to quadruple. Please don't review or end this program, offer free housing to all, free food for the elderly and free wives to all unmarried men. Na una go tire. 7 Likes 1 Share |

SLIDEwaxie: Your post is such a big shame. It's true that allocation from FG dropped, but have you ever heard that any south eastern state is owing it's workers? Is it only Osun's allocation that dropped? In the south east, parents don't wait for govt to feed their children in school. They work hard enough to provide the needs of their children. Our people are not lazy unlike yours. You're talking about free benefits from the government, do u think that's what Nigerians truly need? Just imagine FG providing 1 daily meal for each Nigerian at the cost of 100 naira per meal. It will cost the government over 6.2 trillion naira per annum to run such a programme, which is well over Nigeria's budget. Of what use will that be to Nigeria? That is simply how that feeding of pupils by Osun state govt is. That amount which was wasted on food could have been channelled to infrastructural and human capital development, rather than eating it away. The same applies to Buhari's incoming government's social welfare programme. Rather than spending billions and trillions of naira feeding primary school pupils and paying unemployed youth who hitherto have been surviving, that money should be channelled to serious infrastructural development and power generation, which will open up our economy and provide jobs. When jobs are provided, nobody needs to be paid for doing nothing every month. 8 Likes |

This just goes to show that you can't use lies and propaganda to abrogate the laws of economics (and mathematics). This is a preview on what will happen to the whole country when the Janjaweedian socialists implement their misguided policies on the whole nation; free monthly N5,000 to 25million, feeding of school children and now N40 a litre of gasoline. Like I said, the lunatics have taken over the assylum. Fasten your seat belts, it will be a rough 4 years. |

oludashmi:This Aregbesola no get even small shame o! So he is telling the whole world that he is not competent. Didn't he count the cost before starting? So he is simply saying that he has been using all the money in the state to feed those children. I pray Buhari's free feeding won't end like this. SMH in disappointment. 4 Likes |
