Hello house i did a scan on my Honda Accord 2005 v6 model , and this is the outcome of the scan !!!

P0741, P0135, P0155, P2628, P2631, PO325.

Please explain this in a lame man term , and how i can resolve this issues .

I have noticed the following with the car before i decided to scan it .

1 . The car hesitates sometimes after i slow down and want to take off again .

2 . The car jerked once while i was on speed .

3 . i can hear a sound when i move the gear from p to r and r to d.

4 . when i move the gear to r or d , it takes few seconds for it to engage .

P0741 Honda - Torque Converter Clutch Hydraulic Circuit Stuck.

Possible causes
- Low transmission fluid level
- Dirty transmission fluid
- Faulty torque converter clutch solenoid valve
- Torque converter clutch solenoid valve harness or connectors
- Torque converter clutch solenoid valve circuit is open or shorted
- Transmission internal mechanical problem

P0135

O2 sensor issues bank1 sensor 1. Since its a v6 is by the firewall upstream.

Check harness and connections if ok replace sensor.

P0155. Bank2 sensor1 O2 sensor sensor (radiator side)

P2628 rear Af sensor bank 1 sensor 1


P2631 af sensor bank 2 sensor 1


PO325. Knock sensor.


Summary

1 serious problem with gearbox

2 faulty oxygensenors (or harness issues)

2 engine knock sensor or faulty harness

You might want to consider replacing gearbox.

hmm, so there is no other way out aside changing the gear box ?

Gazuuz is on point...
But @ vehicle owner on clearing the fault codes did they all wiped out? This is to confirm if its electrical or mechanical faults.

Get an authorize transmission expert to check the oil for burnt smell,low fluid or metal particles before anything else.
