Well, at least their intentions are clearly notified that they wantd money. And its up to the other party (or shall I say the perverted men) to pay up or not. In this case, the objective between both party is obvious. But for men to say I love you and make the other party confuse is what the issue is about here. Nobody knows what are their objective and why they say it all the time when they dont mean it.
