Why is the nigerian military so lacking in discipline? Buhari will sort this out I hope. I am sure this was video was made or allowed by a soldier but look at 0:16 in the video, it clearly states that the map shown is a Secret yet it has been published on the internet for the whole world, including boko haram to see. In other advanced military this could lead to a court martial |
