Step 1: You have to be in the north central, Ss or se
Step 2: Pay the election officer
Step 3: Bring some tugs and send away the opposition.
Step 4: don't allow any opposition to vote.
Step 5: keep saying everything went well even when u have thumbprint all ballot paper at paper at 11 am
Step 6: Fill in the result sheet with figures that suit you.
