Will Wike be Sworn in on the 29th?
---

A critical question neither the APC nor PDP can answer, but only divinity will do justice on the 29th!

Ok, as Incumbent gov. Amaechi moves to stop the Gov-Elect, Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike by seeking an injunction from an Awka Court stoping him from being sworn in on the 29th, it became obvious that APC's Dakuku & his Principal (Amaechi) did not concede defeat here & has vowed not to hand over power to the PDP Gov-Elect, which may plung the state into a political & constitutional crisis. #Fact is that, the law is very clear that ONLY a Chief Judge & a president of the Customary court can swear in the gov- elect, & unfortunately both principal judicial officers are absent at the moment in Rivers! Would the doctrine of necessity be applied in Rivers, & by who? What does the law say if the gov- Elect is not sworn in on the 29th date? What then becomes the fate of Wike & the PDP should the injunction be granted?

Amechi should just forget it he can't beat the crowd. He should lobby for any federal appointment and stay the f**k off rivers politics.... His people already see him as a betrayal and there's nothing he can do about it.

Wike wud be sworn in. The gud people of Rivers State voted massively for him and he won. There is nothing any Amaechi or Dakuku can do about it.

Don't forget, Justice Daisy is still very much around and recognised by the PDP as the Chief Judge of the High Court.

Is Daisy the president of the customary court or the CJ?
