I haven't received any notice of delivery from d post office, do they do that?

I don't think you will receive any notice from post office, but all I know is that your letter will reach the polytechnic registrar, through their private mail box (PMB) you wrote at back of the envelope.

But. According to the school site www.fedpolybonny.edu.ng/ the school already resumed for academic work on april 27th 2015. Which means dey've already done d recruitment exercise. So why still hoping on any call up again
